Machinery

Products are made on modern Goodway CNC (Computer Numeric Control) machines with very high precision.

Metal Parts

The metallic material used is a copper-zinc-lead brass alloy (CuZn₄₀Pb₂) of the highest purity. This brass is ideal for the usage of turning centers.

Chrome Plating

Chrome plating protects the product from humidity, heat as well as wear and tear. The chromium layer is 18–20 µm (Micrometers).

Plastic Parts

The plastic parts are made using modern Injection-Molding machines. The material used is quite durable, being able to withstand temperatures up to 354 °F (179 °C) and is resistant to water chemicals.

Final Assembly

The final assembly is performed manually by trained workers. Each and every piece has to pass multi-station quality control.

Quality Control

Items are produced under management systems using ISO standards: ISO 9001:2009 and ISO/TS 16949:2009. Effective production and quality materials guarantee a long lifecycle that exceeds 20 years.
